Sales conditions
Order
You can send us your order by e-mail.
Your order should contain the following:
- your identification (the invoice address, contact person and contacts, VAT No. for EU customers)
- product identification (our article number preferably, detailed description or a sample),
- quantity,
- delivery time,
- delivery address, if it is different form the invoice address.
After receiving your order will be processed immediately and in a few days you will receive our order confirmation.
Transport
You can choose from the following ways:
- we order the transport (you pay for it) - we work with many forwarding agents and we are able to choose the right one for you if you prefer low transport costs as well as a short transport time,
- you order the transport - we need to know the forwarder name and the pick-up date at least 1 day in advance,
- you can pick up the goods personally at our company.
Quantity
The minimum order quantity is usually 1 roll per usually 50 m for the webbings from stock. If we should produce a webbing for you the standard minimum order quantity is 3.000 m. However we can make even less (min. 1.000 m) upon agreement.
Prices
We will let you know the actual prices on demand. The prices are generally EXW (Tisnov) without the packaging and transport costs.
We charge 8,- EUR for each order under 60,- EUR (without VAT, packing and transport costs).
Delivery time
If the webbings are on stock we can despatch promptly. In case of production the webbings can be usually despatched in 8-12 weeks after your order. It depends on the actual capacity utilization and the material availability. The delivery time is confirmed till 1 week after your order receipt.
Payment
Payment terms are determined on an individual basis.
